It's time to Renew

It's time to renew your Virginia Medicaid health insurance. Look for information in the mail with steps you need to take to keep your health insurance. Please make sure we have your updated mailing address, email, and phone numbers so we can reach you and prevent disruption in your coverage. You can complete your renewal in any of the following ways:

• Online at commonhelp.virginia.gov. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. You will need to use the case number and client ID found in the upper right corner of the mail you receive from us.
• Call Cover Virginia at 1-855-242-8282. You can also call if you have questions about your renewal.
• Fill out and return the form in person, by mail, or by fax.
